How long will my files be in the FileX server?
I can't find my report in FileX.

Answer
Files containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be automatically deleted from the server after 30 days.
All other files will be automatically deleted after 90 days.
Additional information
To ensure no loss of data, please download any reports to your own system as soon as possible.
To ensure data is not lost prior to aging, files cannot be deleted manually.
