Clicks hang and reports don't appear in OCLC Usage Statistics

Clear your browser cache and oclc.org cookie/s, then close your browser windows and restart it. You should see the reports come in then and be able to move around the pages. You can also try using an incognito window. If neither of those change the behavior, contact OCLC Support with your full name, library symbol, and the authorization number you have logged in with.
