Off campus users are getting a "Try your search again" error on all searches in WorldCat Discovery
Symptom
- Users off campus are getting an error message on all of their WorldCat Discovery searches that says "Try your search again, use different search terms, or go back to select different filtering criteria."
- Users on campus are not seeing this error message.

Resolution
This can be resolved by removing the proxy prefix from your WorldCat Discovery URL. WorldCat Discovery does not need to be proxied in its entirety, because we support authentication of user accounts in all scenarios, i.e. users are asked to authenticate via proxy to access full text links or request ILLs.
