Why do ebooks we selected from Open Access collection only show as held at Other Libraries Worldwide?

Symptom 

• We have selected ebooks from Open Access Collections in Collection Manager but they do not display as held in WorldCat Discovery.
• Ebooks display as At Other Libraries Worldwide

Answer

Open access collections are set by default to be not shown in WorldCat Discovery/WorldCat.org.
To make the titles available, the setting must be changed in any collection under Holdings and MARC Records > Maintain WorldCat Holdings.
It could take up to 48 hours till the content is available.
