Why can't I see the WMS Place Hold Form Display in my Service Configuration?

Answer

The WMS Place Hold Form Display is not shown because the hold form has not been activated on any items.

  • If for "Display Level 1 fulfillment button" you select Always, the WMS Place Hold Form Display will appear.
  • If for "Display Level 1 fulfillment button" you select either of the It depends options and change any of the dropdown selections from None, the Hold Form Display will also appear.
