Why can't I see the Course Reserves link in WorldCat Discovery?

Symptom

• You are trying to get to the Course Reserves in WorldCat Discovery, but the link does appear. When you follow a bookmark to the URL, you get the error "Access Denied"

Resolution

This means that Course Reserves have been turned off in Service Configuration under WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > User Interface Options > General Display Settings > Display Course Reserves. If you turn it back on the link will reappear and your old data will still be present.
