Why am I getting the error, "This endpoint supports POST requests only"?

Symptom

• When clicking on a link (e.g. My Account, Hold buttons, ILL request buttons) where login will be required, users are getting the error This endpoint supports POST requests only!!

Resolution

1. Have the user use an incognito window or try a different browser.
2.  Have the user clear their cache and cookies, restart their browser, and then try logging in again.

Additional information

This is possibly due to a browser extension being used on Chrome. If the above steps do not work, please try disabling your browser extensions.
