We changed the email address that broken link reports go to, but they are still going to the wrong email address.

An email address is configured in OCLC Service Configuration for broken link reports in two places. Use the following instructions to confirm that you have updated the email address in both places.

ILS Support and Maintenance Settings
  1. Sign into OCLC Service Configuration.
  2. Go to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > ILS Support and Maintenance > User Support Report a broken link form.
  3. Confirm that the email address that is present in the "Email address to broken links" field is correct.
  4. If you make any updates, click Save.
A-Z List and OCLC Link Resolver Settings
  1. Sign into OCLC Service Configuration.
  2. Go to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > A-Z List and OCLC Link Resolver > Display Options > Display form to report a broken link.
  3. Confirm that the email address that is present in the "Email address to receive broken link reports" field is correct.
  4. If you make any updates, click Save.
