When I click on the links out from Discovery for a title we own (various volumes) I am led to an error message at the supplier’s site. However, when I click on the website links in Collection Manager I have no problem accessing the resource.
- WorldCat Discovery
- WorldShare Collection Manager
Inside your WorldShare Collection Manager you don't have "Knowledge Base Full Text Article Coverage" turned on to "Use Coverage to Determine Holdings"
- Navigate to: Collection Manager> Settings> WorldCat Discovery
- Under "Knowledge Base full text article coverage", Select "Yes"
- Click "save"
