Why are links to open access content still showing despite being de-selected in Service Configuration?

Symptom

• Links to open access content / free content are still appearing in WorldCat Discovery despite being de-selected in Service Configuration

Resolution

Any remaining links will have been generated by your WorldShare Collection Manager knowledge base rather than a WorldCat record:

1. Find the record in WorldCat Discovery and note its OCLC number.
2. In WorldShare Collection Manager, search for this OCLC number making sure My Selected Collections is ticked and Title is selected from the drop-down menu.
3. Under Grouped OCNs, click the red icon next to that OCLC number to remove this incorrectly grouped entry.
