I selected a title from a collection in Collection Manager, why is it not showing as being held by my library?

Symptom

• A title is not showing as held by my institution, though it has been selected in a knowledge base collection in Collection Manager

Applies to

• WorldCat Discovery
• WorldShare Collection Manager

Resolution

If a title is not showing as held by your library after being selected in WorldShare Collection Manager, check that you have enabled WorldCat Holdings. New holdings may also take 24-48 hours to appear in WorldCat Discovery. 

If your holding is still not appearing and you have enabled WorldCat Holdings, please contact OCLC Support with the following : 

• Your OCLC symbol
• The OCLC number of the record
• A link to the record in WorldCat Discovery
