I get an error opening a specific tab in the Service Configuration

Symptom

  • When opening the Full Text and Open Access Links or Place Hold/Request Buttons page in the Service Configuration, you see one of the following errors:
    • The error reads: "Something went wrong!" and when you click the Show Error button, the error says: "One or more settings are not managed by the ManagedSettingsProvider"
    • The error reads: "We're sorry, the record you are attempting to retrieve cannot be found. Please try again or contact OCLC support."

Resolution

If you see this issue, contact OCLC Support with a screenshot of the error and your OCLC Symbol.
