What do I do if I get the error message "There was a problem receiving availability information for this item. Click to try again."?

Support will need:

  • Your institution's OCLC symbol
  • The OCN of the item that is giving the error in WorldCat Discovery
  • The scope of the error.  Is this happening for all items?  Or is this just happening for the one OCN?
