In WorldCat.org what is the sorting order of the search results?

- WorldCat.org
Answer
WorldCat.org determines which titles to surface based on how closely they match what is being searched on (title search, ISBN search, etc.), how many WorldCat libraries claim to hold the item, and which items are held in libraries closest to the searcher's current location, as determined by WorldCat.org.
Because WorldCat.org's primary purpose is to surface OCLC member libraries and their collections, it weights its search results to these values.
