How to deactivate QuestionPoint Global Knowledge Base answers,so they are not available to the public after deactivation of QuestionPoint

Follow these steps to change the setting to no so links are not made public

  1. Administration > Subscription Group > Settings > Knowledge Base and set their "Make public for all internet users" setting to No
