Note: If there is no Update button on the Record Detail page, you cannot update the record.
  2. Click Print View if you want to view a printer-friendly version of the Record Detail page in a separate window while you update the record. For example, you can use the Record Detail as a reference while you add a citation. Or, you can check that any URLs are still properly linked.
  3. Add or remove Subject information as needed and click Save. To do this, click the Subject link at the top of the page to go to the page for editing Subject information. Follow the instructions on the page.

In that area, QuestionPoint also adds a note that lists the fields you changed. Click the Previous Editor Notes link to view the previous notes in a separate window. For more information, see Required fields, Public access to KBs, and Add a Global record from a local record.
  9. Change Optional Fields as needed.
