Go to the KB browse page

Go to the Knowledge Base module

Do either of the following to go to the Knowledge Base module:

  • Click Knowledge Base in the Knowledge Base Quick Links on the My QuestionPoint screen.
  • Select Knowledge Base in the Select Service drop-down menu.

Go to the Browse page

Do either of the following to go to the Browse page:

  • Click Browse in the Knowledge Base module.
  • Click Browse below the Browse tab (if the tab is already selected).

If you are a KB editor, you can also do the following to go to the Browse page:

  • Click Add/Edit in the Knowledge Base module.
  • Click Edit below the Add/Edit tab.
