When accessing a database in FirstSearch, you receive a message that reads: One or more of the databases you selected was not available

Confirm that the database you are trying to access is enabled in the WorldCat Admin portal in Authentication/Access > Database Access.

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with the name of the database you are trying to access and a screenshot of the error message.
