I receive the error, "Your access to FirstSearch has expired" when logging in to FirstSearch
Symptom
- You receive the error, "Your access to FirstSearch has expired" when signing in or following your library's IP address recognition link.
Resolution
If you receive this error, and you believe your institution has an active FirstSearch subscription, please contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol and your institution's nine-digit FirstSearch authorization.
