This is caused by providing the full link for the video. Instead, enter only the YouTube video ID. This will be everything after the v= part of the link. For example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
The ID would be dQw4w9WgXcQ. If you're still seeing this error after that, please contact OCLC Support.
