Why are library patrons are able to make reservations on a museum on dates that are marked closed (RED)?

Answer

For physical, circulating passes, a museum closing date is indicated but will be available for reservation, as the visit day for the museum may not correspond with the pickup date at the library (i.e., pickup Monday, visit Tuesday, return on Wednesday).

These dates will just be indicated on the calendar as Museum Closed  (in list view). This can be overridden in the staff interface, and any date can be marked as Not Available.

For printable passes, the museum closing date will be marked as unavailable.
