Unable to add or select an image in the Capira Staff Dashboard Media Library
Symptom
- When you upload a new image, it doesn't appear in your Media Library.
- You may be unable to select an existing image in the Media Library.

Resolution
Try re-saving the image in a private/incognito window or a different browser. If it works, the issue will be resolved by clearing your browser cache and cookies.
If it doesn't work, contact OCLC Support and specify which image you're having trouble with.
