The page is blank when I log into Key Central
Symptom
- After logging into Key Central, the page is empty, and reservations are not visible or do not appear.
Applies to
- MuseumKey
- LendingKey
Resolution
This is usually caused by a corrupted browser cache. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies for all time
- Open Key Central in a private/incognito browser window
- Open Key Central in a browser you don't typically use every day
