How do I update the Capira app with our new calendar?

Answer

If you want the Events button to link out to the calendar, you need to edit the Button Action - Website URL. Here's how:

1. From the left navigation, under the Elements menu, select Screens > Manage Screens.
2. Click Edit Buttons in the Action column for the screen with the Events button on it.
3. Click Edit to the right of the button's title.
4. Update the Action - Website URL field with your calendar URL.
5. Click Save Edits.

If you want the Events button to lead to a searchable Events Feed within the app, you'll need to edit both the Button Action - Website URL and the Calendar Event Feed URL.

1. Complete the steps shown above to update the Button Action - Website URL.
2. Then, update the Calendar Event Feed URL:
   1. From the left navigation, under the Elements menu, select Options > Events Filters.
   2. For Events Provider, choose the name of your provider from the drop-down list.
   3. Enter your Event Feed URL. If your website links are not working in the app, please try adding or removing https://www. from URLs entered in the Staff Dashboard.
   4. Click Save.
