MuseumKey does not have an ideal way to handle discount code vouchers. When unlimited discount codes are available (like Splish Splash), some libraries treat these like printable passes, with the code available on the pass.
Where the discount code is more of a physical voucher, some libraries treat these like circulating passes that do not need to be returned. Usage is throttled between how many Items are attached to the record and which dates are made available on the calendar. However, staff would need to monitor this to ensure that the number of reservations does not exceed the number of available vouchers.
How can we change copies of our physical passes to printable passes?
