Can I change the email or password for my LendingKey/MuseumKey staff account?

Answer
To change a user's email or password, go to the Users page. Click Edit to change the name and email, and click Password to change the password. If you don't know the current password on the account, please contact OCLC Support and provide the following information:
- Your OCLC symbol
- The name and email on the staff account
