New features and enhancements
Library Links in My Account
Your library can now provide patrons with quick access to important library resources through a new Library Links section in the My Account screen, managed through a new tab in the Staff Dashboard.

Benefits
- Improved Resource Discovery: Your patrons can easily find and access essential library information (such as privacy policies, help pages, donation links, or card request forms) without leaving the app.
- Customizable Content: Your staff can tailor the links to meet your library's specific needs and priorities, choosing which resources to surface and in what order.
- Multilingual Support: Your library can provide link labels in multiple languages to better serve diverse patron communities.
- Streamlined Management: Your staff can create, edit, reorder, and delete links using an intuitive interface that mirrors the existing Account Options design, with no coding required.
- Seamless Patron Experience: Links open in an in-app web view, keeping patrons within the mobile app environment.
Impact
- Reduced Support Burden: By surfacing frequently requested resources and information directly in the app, your library may reduce inbound support calls and patron questions.
- Increased Patron Self-Service: Your patrons can independently access important library resources at any time, improving satisfaction and engagement.
- Better Information Delivery: Your library can ensure that critical resources (accessibility statements, policies, help documentation) are consistently available to all mobile app users.
